The Citizens Bank of Clovis is pleased to announce a leadership transition effective June 30, 2026, with Kent Carruthers promoted to Chief Executive Officer and Jamie Esch promoted to President. Kent has dedicated 41 years of service to the bank, serving as President since 1985 and helping guide its growth while preserving its commitment to community banking, local decision-making, and exceptional customer service. Jamie joined Citizens Bank of Clovis in 2024 as Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending and has quickly become a valued member of the leadership team through his banking expertise and strong customer relationships.
The Board of Directors is confident that this leadership team will continue the bank’s tradition of financial strength, personalized service, and community involvement.
